How much does it cost to fix a software problem?
It depends entirely on the problem, which is why we quote every job individually β as one flat price, in writing, before any work begins. The consultation call is free, and most callers know their exact price the same day.
Do I need to know anything technical before I call?
No. Describe what's broken or annoying in plain English β "I type every order in twice" or "our website went down" is a perfect problem statement. Translating that into a fix is our job, not yours.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. Tap "Text us," describe the problem in a sentence or two, and an engineer will reply β usually the same business day β to set up a quick call or answer directly.
Can I just send the details instead of calling or texting?
Yes β there's a short form further up this page. Leave your phone number and what's going on, pick call or text, and an engineer reaches out directly. No email involved.
Can you fix something another developer built?
Yes β that's a large share of our work. Websites, spreadsheets, macros, databases, and custom systems whose original builder is unavailable. We'll also document what we find, so you're never dependent on any one person again β including us.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes. We're based in the Tampa Bay area, and nearly all of this work is done remotely β we serve clients across the United States. Screen shares and phone calls cover everything an office visit would.
Will you need passwords or access to our systems?
Only what the specific job requires, and you grant it yourself β we walk you through it on a screen share. We never ask for credentials by text or email, and access is removed when the work is done.
What if my project is bigger than a quick fix?
We'll tell you on the first call, before you've spent anything. Larger projects are usually broken into stages, each with its own flat quote β you see results early and decide stage by stage whether to continue.
